Engie FabricomShell Dow With the recruitment process finalized, employment and contractual responsibility between employee and employer are taken over by our local European partners. One of our oldest collaborators is  HTC Techniek, has been operating since 1989 as a temporary employment agency certified in the Netherlands. It adheres to some of the strictest industry regulations.

NBBU

The Dutch Association for Mediation and Temporary Employment Agencies (Nederlandse Bond van Bemiddelings- en Uitzendondernemingen - NBBU). As a member of NBBU, HTC must meet strict requirements regarding remuneration, contributions, safety, work conditions, and CLAs.

VCU

The Health and Safety Check List for Temporary Employment Agencies (Veiligheids- en gezondheids Checklist Uitzendorganisaties). HTC Techniek makes safely and health a top priority, all necessary personal protection equipment is provided.

SNA quality mark

Companies with the SNA quality mark are inspected and checked that they meet their obligations, such as: The declaration and payment of owed contributions and turnover tax, payment of wages in accordance with the Law on minimum wages and minimum holiday pay.
